Couple's escape, slightly flawed but worth it

The views were fantastic, our panoramic room had us mesmerized every night, I could practically see the world from my window. The staff were incredibly friendly, no long lines and they took care of us right away when we had questions.

The furniture felt a bit outdated. the couch sank too low and wasn't comfortable for lounging. I reported the telephone in the unit not working, but it wasn’t fixed during my stay. A more thorough explanation of the ownership situation would have been appreciated since I felt misled about the level of service available. Despite these downsides, the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay, ensuring I was comfortable.

I stayed 3 nights in a Studio Parlor with my fam. The room was super big and comfy with a nice view, but honestly, it felt more like a Motel 6 than a fancy place. I had no real view, and the vibe was off. The bar/lounge area was nice, though. Wouldn't book through Chase again.
